What we do

A space for confidence building, conversation and connection.

Established by Chartered Psychologist and Arts Charity Chair Dr Audrey Tang, the studio was designed as more than a place to create content, but a space to think, speak and share - with confidence.

With over 10 years as a Media Guest Expert in Psychology the studio was initially built in response to the need for a deeper, research-backed exploration and dissemination of wellbeing, it offers a platform for practitioners to both practice, as well as amplify their findings thus making complex ideas accessible without losing depth or integrity.

The studio supports the creation and production of broadcast-standard responsible mental health content, from expert-led conversations to creative formats that inform, connect, and raise awareness, to podcasts and shorts; and has grown to offer a healing space for practitioners to hire, a local meeting space for professionals, and now also hosts a pop-up coffee shop for community events featuring local creatives.

After two years broadcasting on the USA’s e360TV, Mental Health Matters now connects to a growing professional and academic community closer to home. The show streams on LinkedIn Live and YouTube, and in 2026 launched as a podcast (also available on this website) creating more opportunities to connect, reflect, and learn together around wellbeing.

We are thrilled to be named "Best Mental Health Awareness Media Platform, 2025" by the Southern Enterprise Awards, AND Recipient of E2 Media's "Award of Excellence" for Mental Health Programming.
