What we do
MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMMING from the Experts
Created by Chartered Psychologist and Arts Charity Chair Dr Audrey Tang, the studio was built as a tool for high-quality mental health storytelling, responding to the need for media spaces that allow a deeper, more thoughtful exploration of wellbeing.

With over 10 years as a Media Guest Expert in Psychology and 30+ years in drama, education, and community theatre, Dr Tang designed the studio as a bridge between psychological science, creativity, and lived experience — making complex ideas accessible without losing depth or integrity.

The studio supports the creation and production of responsible mental health content, from expert-led conversations to creative formats that inform, connect, and raise awareness. It is not a traditional business, but a platform and resource committed to ensuring wellbeing content in the media remains ethical, human, and genuinely useful.

After two years broadcasting on the USA’s e360TV, we’re proud to bring Mental Health Matters back to a growing professional and academic community closer to home. The show still streams on LinkedIn Live, YouTube, and Facebook, and is launching as a podcast (also available on this website) creating more opportunities to connect, reflect, and learn together around wellbeing.
We are thrilled to be named "Best Mental Health Awareness Media Platform, 2025" by the Southern Enterprise Awards, AND Recipient of E2 Media's "Award of Excellence" for Mental Health Programming.
