Dr Audrey Tang

Wellbeing Media Studio is founded and led by Dr Audrey Tang, Chartered Psychologist, TEDx performer, and award-winning business author, with over a decade of experience working across television, radio, and live media.
Her work sits at the intersection of psychology and real world visibility, whether she is bringing evidence-based insight into environments where presence, clarity, and confidence matter in real time, or helping others do the same.
Audrey produces, edits and presents the studio's broadcast and digital content including Retrain Your Brain and The Wellbeing Lounge, alongside hosting and contributing to programmes on platforms such as DisruptiveTV, Channel 4, and Sky. Alongside this, she works internationally as a keynote speaker, trainer, and psychology spokesperson for brands, organisations, and media.
She knows that understanding confidence intellectually is one thing...maintaining it under pressure, on camera, on stage, or in conversation, is quite another!
Wellbeing Media Studio as the platform to develop her work was created from that reality.
It is a space designed not just for content creation, but for confidence in practice...where experts, performers, and first-time contributors are supported to step into visibility with clarity, credibility, and presence.
Here, media is not just produced. It is used as a tool to help people be seen, be heard, and hold their space with confidence.

Sarah Whalley
Sarah leads communications, PR, and on-set technical delivery at Wellbeing Media Studio and our charity partner, CLICK Arts Foundation.
She manages the studio’s social media and publicity, ensuring that both content and contributors are positioned with clarity, credibility, and reach. On set, she oversees the technical execution of our productions, including Mental Health Matters, helping translate ideas into professional, broadcast-ready output.
What makes Sarah’s role distinctive is not a traditional media background, but her journey into it.
With over 17 years as a secondary Science educator, including leadership roles as Head of Biology, KS4 Coordinator, and Duke of Edinburgh Coordinator, she brings a depth of experience in communication, structure, and mentoring. Her work in education delivering high-impact lessons, leading teams, and contributing to research and presentations now underpins how she supports others in developing confidence and clarity in front of the camera.
Her transition from education into media reflects the ethos of the studio itself:
that with the right environment, support, and willingness to learn, people can step into entirely new spaces and operate within them with confidence and professionalism.

Judith Crosier
Judith co-host of Mental Health Matters, while also bookkeeping for our charity CLICK Arts Foundation.
Like many who enter our studio, Judith did not come from a media background.
Originally trained as a secondary school teacher, she built her career through roles requiring organisation, responsibility, and trust, including serving as Clerk and Financial Officer for local parish councils, as well as running her own dog-sitting business. This breadth of experience is reflected in her adaptability, reliability, and natural ability to connect with people.
Since joining the studio, Judith has stepped into a visible role as co-host of Mental Health Matters, developing her on-camera presence through practice, not prior training. She understands first-hand what it means to move from behind-the-scenes support into public visibility, and brings that awareness into every interaction with guests.
Alongside her studio work, Judith also created and runs "Jude's pop-up coffee shop", organising events and gatherings with local creatives adding a further layer of community, hospitality, and connection to our space.

Jemma Gambrill
As a qualified make-up artist, Jemma works with our guests and performers on Mental Health Matters to ensure they feel comfortable, camera-ready, and aligned with how they want to present themselves, an often underestimated but essential part of building confidence in visible spaces.
Like others within the studio, Jemma’s media presence has developed through experience, not prior training. Professionally, Jemma is an NHS Bio-Pharmacy Technician and Trustee of CLICK Arts Foundation, with a strong commitment to both community and wellbeing. Her work is grounded, people-focused, and delivered with care.
Beyond the studio, she continues to bring that same energy into everything she does, from sport to performance to community fundraising, combining creativity with consistency.
Her journey reflects a key part of the studio’s ethos:
that confidence is not about perfection or performance, but about feeling supported enough to show up, and discovering, over time, that you sparkle in doing so!
